A beautiful, old, cozy house. Our room was large and had a high ceiling. The interior is nice. The common rooms and bathrooms were great as well. Robert was very nice and showed us everything. We had a great stay here and I would definitely come again for my next stay in Glasgow.

Very friendly, warm and comfortable place to stay. It's a nice old building which I liked, and all the rooms were very clean. No complaints at all. No fuss room change once an en suite became available. Extremely well equipped and clean kitchen available to use, loads of parking on the street, it's a cul-de-sac opposite a school so felt very safe to leave the car there. Would highly recommend, good value for money..

Had two wonderful nights here and will most certainly book again when circumstances permit. So clean, the quality of the quilt and bedding ❤️. Very close to the train station (though didn't use due to restrictions), plenty of takeaway food available within 5 minutes walk, shopping for the student daughter, all on the door step. Communication with the guesthouse was great. Thank you
