Customer service from arrival to leaving excellent. Friendly and professional. Breakfast was sufficient for the day. Bedroom a large single. Comfortable and clean. Bathroom huge and clean. Night staff on Sunday offered to assist a very tired me as I was on crutches and had stood at a gig for 2 hours. Above and beyond. Yes I’d return and recommend

Had a lovely stay. Really big hotel room with really comfy bed. Staff were not 5 star professional. (Not a problem for me I'd rather speak to a real person and not a work persona) but they were very helpful and friendly. Finish of the hotel was good but not perfect. 15 minutes (walk) down the road from the subway

Great B+B prices. Wont suit all as very little evening food available, but being in the west end of Glasgow, loads of places to eat out at. I only had continental breakfast, but had the option of paying for a cooked breakfast. Hotel clean, staff lovely and i will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at The Belhaven Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Even when we had an issue with our shower, they were quick to provide a solution. The hotel is in a great location, close to bars and shops. If we ever return to Glasgow, we will definitely stay there again!

Great hotel with all the amenities you need. Excellent location, situated on a beautiful street right by two main high streets, the botanical gardens and some beautiful parks. Not far to walk into the city centre, but could happily have stayed put in the West. Plenty going on in the area to keep you busy for a weekend away.
